Welcome to 6Gate ("the App", "we", "us"). By using 6Gate, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
6Gate is a local desktop application that allows you to manage and publish video content to connected social media platforms (such as TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram) using your own OAuth credentials. The App runs entirely on your own machine and does not store your data on external servers.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to use 6Gate. By connecting a social media account, you confirm that you comply with that platform's own terms of service.
3. Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the content you publish through 6Gate.
- You must not use 6Gate to post content that violates any applicable law or the policies of the connected platforms.
- You are responsible for keeping your OAuth credentials and API keys secure.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or misuse the App.
4. Third-Party Platforms
6Gate connects to third-party social media platforms via their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any actions taken by those platforms, including account suspensions or data handling.
5. Intellectual Property
The 6Gate software, branding, and associated materials are owned by the developer. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
6Gate is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all platforms at all times. API changes by third-party platforms may affect functionality.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of 6Gate, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or platform access.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of 6Gate after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
